MMA H.E.A.T.'s Karyn Bryant sits down with Renato "Babalu" Sobral at Fortune Gym in Los Angeles, CA, where he trains with boxing coach Justin Fortune. The two talk about fighting Dan Henderson again 10 years later, how Babalu has evolved mentally and physically to become a smarter fighter and what he has planned for life after MMA (it involves a LOT of jiu jitsu). The Strikeforce star also talks candidly about how fighters handle the delicate balance between life in the cage, and out in the "real world." As a bonus, Karyn also talks to Babalu's close friend, "King Mo" Lawal, and gets his thoughts on the fight.
